Formnext 2022 Exhibitor Bookings Surpass 2021 Numbers

Organizers for Formnext are expecting a successful 2022 event this fall as more than 690 exhibitors — with a booked gross exhibition space of over 50,000 m² — have already registered to exhibit. The event takes place Nov. 15-18, 2022, in Frankfort, Germany.

As the world’s leading trade fair dedicated to additive manufacturing (AM) and modern industrial production, Formnext 2022 has already exceeded the final number of 2021 exhibitors. It has also increased the gross exhibition space by more than 34% and features a high degree of internationality (59%).

Formnext 2022 organizers say they have planned an extensive program of supporting events that will contain both familiar and new highlights. This year’s partner country, France, is also said to play a key role. 

Many of the leading AM companies have already registered to exhibit at the in-person event, including 3D Systems, Additive Industries, AddUp, Arburg, BigRep, Carbon, Desktop Metal, DMG Mori, Dyemansion, EOS, Evonik, Farsoon, Formlabs, GE Additive, HP, Keyence, Markforged, Materialise, Renishaw, Ricoh, Siemens, Sisma, SLM Solutions Group, Stratasys, Trumpf, Voxeljet, Xerox, XJet and Zeiss.

In addition, many well-known international corporations — including BASF, Covestro, Evonik, GKN Sinter Metals Components, Höganäs, Linde, Mitsubishi Chemical, Oerlikon, Sandvik and more — will showcase their solutions along the entire process chain.

And also underscores the fact that, for many companies in the AM industry, in-person interaction is essential to successfully conduct business, drive developments or find partners and investors,” says Sascha F. The ticket shop is already open, offering an early bird discount for trade fair visitors ready to plan their visit. The discounted early bird ticket prices are available through Oct. 15, 2022. Inspired by Deutsche Bahn’s summer deal, there is also a 9 euro ticket for students.
