Meet the Team Behind Additive Manufacturing Media
Rick Brandt is Publisher of Additive Manufacturing Media, a B2B media brand devoted to the advancement of 3D printing with an emphasis on industrial production. In this role, Rick leads the sales and business development efforts of its media channels. Joining Gardner Business Media in 2006, Rick maintains an active sales territory serving clients engaged in the durable goods manufacturing markets helping to connect technology buyers and sellers.
Peter Zelinski is the editor-in-chief and founding editor of Additive Manufacturing Media, which for over 10 years has reported on the advance of industrial 3D printing technology and its use in production, along with the ways it is changing part design, applications of materials and the organization of manufacturing enterprises. Zelinski is regularly seen on The Cool Parts Show, the video series he co-created on 3D printing for part production, which has been recognized with an award for Best Use of Video in niche media. He is also known for his coverage of machine shops and CNC machining technology, topics he has written about for Modern Machine Shop for over 25 years. He served as this brand’s editor-in-chief from 2016 to 2023, and his column, “The Z Axis,” ran in Modern Machine Shop from 2000 to 2024. A podcaster, Zelinski appears regularly with Additive Manufacturing Media colleagues in AM Radio, and he also co-hosted a limited-run sister podcast, Made in the USA. In 2020, he was co-host of the U.S. Air Force’s week-long event aimed at manufacturing for military readiness and sustainment, the Advanced Manufacturing Olympics. For Additive Manufacturing Media and Modern Machine Shop parent company Gardner Business Media, Zelinski serves as Director of Editorial, working with all the company’s content creators on their work covering production technology in metalworking, plastics processing and composites. Zelinski holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
Stephanie (Monsanty) Hendrixson reports on 3D printing technology and applications as executive editor for Additive Manufacturing. She is also co-host of The Cool Parts Show, a video series that highlights unique, unusual and weird 3D printed parts, and co-host and creator of the AM Radio podcast.
Stephanie got her start in manufacturing media in 2012, through an internship with AM's sister publication Modern Machine Shop, and continues to contribute to MMS as a guest blogger. In 2019 Stephanie was named among Temboo’s 20 Women in Manufacturing That Are Influencing the Industry. She is the local ambassador for the Cincinnati chapter of Women in 3D Printing (Wi3DP). In 2023, Stephanie served as Industry track leader for Women in Printing’s TIPE Conference and delivered a keynote address on the state of the industry; she previously co-presented at TIPE in 2022.
Stephanie holds a B.A. in English literature and history from the University of Mount Union, as well as an M.A. in professional writing from the University of Cincinnati. She currently serves on the UC Professional Writing Advisory Board. Stephanie is an avid runner, food enthusiast and sourdough baker. She lives in Ohio with her husband Paul and rescue cats Artemis and Freya. PRESS KIT
Angela Osborne is the managing editor of Additive Manufacturing magazine and Plastics Technology magazine. She has a background in the manufacturing industry from her stint as managing editor of a trade industry publication for UV and EB finishing technologies, and from her work as a communications specialist for Ford Motor Company as well as providing communications for a variety of manufacturing clients. She earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Ohio University and has an extensive background in other communications, including news reporting, public relations, community relations, social media and marketing.
Jodee is the digital associate editor for Additive Manufacturing Media and CompositesWorld, managing digital communication, including the website, email newsletters and social media accounts. She brings experience from the worlds of higher education, leadership development and mission advancement to the role.
