David Bamforth has built Rennscot MFG over the past six years to the advanced manufacturing business it is today. The business first began while he was in his junior year of earning his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with a minor in manufacturing. Since its inception, the business has transformed into a manufacturing business offering machining and AM services to aerospace, defense, semiconductor and other high-tech industries. Rennscot MFG differentiates itself by being more than just a machine shop, leveraging a young team with a focus on modern manufacturing processes, software and tools.

Tommy Lynch joined Phillips Corporation in July 2023. He brings over 20 years of industry experience operating industrial AM equipment and consulting clients on optimizing designs for both metal and polymer printing. Over the years, he has worked with thousands of customers to get their printing projects right on the first try. Tommy's success stems from his positive attitude, enthusiasm for new technologies and strong customer relationships.
