Farsoon PLS AM System Combines Flexibility, Efficiency
The polymer laser sintering system combines an open platform with a high-efficiency roller system, removable powder cartridge system and temperature control system.
Farsoon’s 403P is designed to be a versatile, open platform additive manufacturing system for polymer laser sintering (PLS). It combines scan speeds as high as 15.2 m/sec. with a high-efficiency roller system and removable powder cartridge system for increased productivity and lower price per part. An available high-temperature capable configuration with enhanced temperature shielding and laser power and thermal controls enables processing of high-performance materials, such as PA6, for direct use. An eight-zone heater and intelligent thermal control system regulates temperature regulation for less deformation and increased accuracy in final parts. The laser sintering system works with different machine parameters and powders for flexibility in PLS production.
