Rapid Shape’s product line offers 3D printing solutions with photopolymer resin for industrial series production. The products are designed to offer quality, precision, time and cost optimization, as well as user-friendly operation, convenience and sustainability. What was previously excess resin can now be almost completely fed back into the cycle during the entire handling and cleaning process.
Rapid Shape’s RS inline is designed to offer fully automated industrial 3D printing series production. The company says this large and effective production line with up to five units connected in series offers a high level of productivity. The printer is a fully automated 3D print solution said to ensure high quality as well as cost-efficient, reliable and fast production of parts. It can print both small and large parts.
Over a total length of seven meters, this production line can 3D print thousands of individual printed parts without interruption. It can also postprocess those parts using Digital Light Processing (DLP) technology in a manner that is said to save time and is gentle on the parts. The technology is said to enable printing of high-resolution parts over a longer period of time with comparable repeat accuracy. With Rapid Shape’s Force Feedback Technology, the company says it is possible to measure the forces acting on the part and provide real-time data for the control system.
The fully automated I50+ 3D printer is suitable for printing any type of application. Manufacturers can increase daily production rates thanks to a large printing area and the automatic separating module. The I50+ 3D printer is said to enable fast, flexible and cost-efficient production. It is said the machine is convenient and easy to use.
