Polish Deeptech Company Sygnis Acquires ZMorph

According to the company, the acquisition makes the Sygnis Group one of the largest players in the Polish 3D printing industry.

Sygnis SA has acquired a majority stake in ZMorph SA with the latter remaining a separate subsidiary. With this acquisition, the Sygnis Group says it will become the largest player in the Polish 3D printing industry.

Grzegorz Kaszynski has been appointed president of ZMorph SA and Andrzej Burgs will serve as vice president. Kaszynski remains vice president of Sygnis SA and commercial director of the entire Sygnis Group. As an experienced commercial director, Kaszynski will focus on expanding Zmorph’s sales network and strengthening relationships with customers.

Andrzej Burgs remains president of Sygnis SA. As head of the Technology and R&D Department of the Sygnis Group, the company says he will provide ZMorph SA with seamless support for both the development of existing equipment and future joint products.

ZMorph SA is one of the largest and longest established Polish manufacturers of 3D printers. It has been in operation since 2012, providing solutions for education and industrial applications. The company says ZMorph SA’s 3D printers are primarily premium devices, guaranteeing customer durability and performance as well as unique design and high quality.

ZMorph SA products are available globally through an official network of partners on all continents, including the U.S. Sygnis SA is a deeptech company that conducts research and development projects in hardware technologies. With its roots in 3D printing, the Sygnis Group is currently working on dozens of projects, solving problems in the areas of new additive technologies, biotechnology, power engineering and nanotechnology.
