AM's Hendrixson Recognized as Manufacturing Influencer

Temboo’s list of 20 women influencing manufacturing also included CEOs of major industrial firms.

Stephanie Hendrixson, senior editor with Additive Manufacturing, was profiled within a recent compilation of 20 women who are influencing manufacturing. IoT and machine learning technology provider Temboo posted an article profiling these influencers in honor of International Women's Day. Executives of leading industrial films were also among the 20, including General Motors CEO Mary Barra, Lockheed Martin CEO Marillyn Hewson and Siemens USA CEO Barbara Humpton.

Hendrixson (see bio) began her career in the manufacturing-related media with Modern Machine Shop. She has been a writer and editor with Additive Manufacturing since 2015, chronicling the advance of 3D printing technology for industrial applications. Her recent work has covered 3D printing for production, advances in materials being enabled by 3D printing, the influence of additive manufacturing on the plastics industry and even on the concrete industry, as well a master's degree program in additive manufacturing.
