When the Additive Manufacturing team launched The Cool Parts Show last year, we didn’t know how it would be received. We hoped that our existing subscribers and readers would watch and enjoy the show, and that other viewers would find it, regardless of their current involvement in the 3D printing and manufacturing worlds. We set out to create something that would both entertain and educate, and give us a platform to highlight the coolest 3D printed parts we come across.

Since Season 1 launched in October 2019, the response has been resoundingly positive. We’ve heard from old friends, made new connections, and fielded numerous Cool Part pitches to coolparts@additivemanufacturing.media. Because of all this, we are pleased to announce that the show will be returning for its second season in just one more week!

In Season 2, we feature five new parts that exemplify benefits of additive manufacturing such as lightweighting, heat dissipation, customization, on-demand manufacturing and more. The episodes follow in the footsteps of the Season 1 format, but with a few new twists.

Episode 1 will appear next week, on February 17. In the meantime, catch up on Season 1 and make sure to subscribe if you haven’t already — enable notifications on YouTube and you’ll be the first to know when new episodes drop.
