Sentry Air Systems Releases 3D Print Fume Extractor
Sentry Air Systems’ Model 300 Python fume extractor for additive manufacturing (AM) was developed to eliminate ultra-fine particles and chemical fumes emitted into the air during the 3D printing process.
Sentry Air Systems’ Model 300 Python fume extractor for additive manufacturing (AM) attaches to a 3D printer exhaust with an adjustable 12-ft. flexible hose to eliminate ultra-fine particles and chemical fumes emitted into the air during the 3D printing process.
Powerful airflow brings particulate and fumes through the hose into a dual-filtration system with activated carbon and HEPA filtration. The Model 300 Python is said to provide an energy efficient, portable and low-maintenance solution to control 3D printing fumes and particulates. No exterior exhaust or makeup air is necessary.
