Xact Metal Collaborates With Join3d in Spain and Portugal
The companies are working together to bring affordable metal 3D printing to Spain and Portugal.
Xact Metal has formed an exclusive sales and service partnership with Join3d in Spain and Portugal as it works to expand access to affordable metal 3D printing for small to medium-sized companies and decentralize additive manufacturing (AM) at large organizations.
“At Xact Metal, we’re establishing a new level of price and performance in metal 3D printing by taking the essential specs of metal additive manufacturing and combining them with proven, leading technology,” says Juan Mario Gomez, Xact Metal CEO. “We are pleased to partner with Join3d in Spain and Portugal to bring an affordable metal 3D printer into research and manufacturing applications, including tooling and molding, dental and medical.”
Join3d provides deep knowledge of 3D printing through its line of products, including resin 3D printing, FDM 3D printing and 3D scanning, as well as experience in the research, dental and manufacturing sectors. Through Join3d, Xact Metal says its mission to reduce financial barriers to metal 3D technology can be achieved at small to medium-sized enterprises in the Iberian Peninsula.
“We are excited to begin our partnership with Xact Metal to introduce metal 3D printers that meet the needs of businesses in Spain and Portugal,” says Ramón Bolós, Join3d CEO. “Xact Metal’s printers offer a lower initial cost while keeping a high-level performance for our customers, allowing them to access the predominant technology used today in additive manufacturing.”
This new partnership with Join3d is a significant step for Xact Metal. “Their experienced technical team can handle sales, training and service of our metal 3D printing equipment, making them a great partner for Xact Metal,” Gomez says.
Join3d is dedicated to the distribution of 3D printing, laser cutting and marking, and digitizing equipment, as well as CAD/CAM software for dental applications. The company is a distributor in Spain and Portugal of products from Bambu Lab, Universal Laser Systems, Photocentric, Xact Metal and others. Join3d specializes in the latest technology equipment of production processes, including SLA, SLS and metal powder bed fusion 3D printing; CO2 and fiber laser cutting, recording and marking technology; CAD/CAM Software for dental applications; and 2D and 3D scanners for digitization and reverse engineering.
